An integral part of our ‘Classroom to Boardroom’ model is our Early Careers team. Since 2012, the Dartmouth Early Careers team has established itself as a market leader in advisory and talent acquisition at the junior level.
The team create bespoke campus programmes and exclusively run apprenticeship, intern and graduate hiring processes for a broad range of clients. The focus being on running end-to-end recruitment solutions from attraction, to screening, to shortlisting, and work closely with clients on the assessment process, programme design through to on-boarding.
The Early Careers team is over 20 people strong and growing. We are currently looking for an experienced 360 recruiter to become an Early Careers specialist.
