This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven recruiter with strong business development skills, eager to take ownership of a warm desk and build on existing client relationships.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

You’ll be joining the Leicester Branch of this 25 branch network company, which covers the following sectors - Commercial, Construction, Driving, Finance, IT and Industrial.
You’ll take full responsibility for your desk, managing the 360 recruitment process while working to secure exclusive and retained business opportunities across the UK. Regular client visits are encouraged to strengthen relationships and drive consistent sales growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage a warm desk with active roles within an established client base
• Build long-term client partnerships and secure repeat business.
• Source, interview, and manage candidates through the recruitment process.
• Proactively develop new business through consultative selling.
• Work independently while contributing to team success.
