Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Early Childhood Educator with experience to join our team. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a crucial role in providing a nurturing and educational environment for young children. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Create a safe and stimulating learning environment
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of children
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child
- Monitor and assess the progress of each child
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure the well-being and development of each child
- Maintain accurate records of each child’s progress and behavior
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, parents, and guardians
- Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations and standards
Skills:
- Strong time management skills to effectively plan and organize daily activities
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in childcare or related field preferred
- Ability to educate and engage children in a fun and interactive manner
- Strong organizational skills to maintain a structured learning environment

Pay: $24.86-$27.00 per hour
