THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Experienced Registered Nurse to join our team. This is a dynamic role focused on providing direct clinical care, training frontline staff (Support workers), and ensuring ongoing compliance with NDIS standards and clinical governance frameworks.
This position is primarily based in Campbelltown, with travel needed across Greater Sydney.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver clinical care to participants with complex medical needs
• Train Disability Support Workers
• Develop and implement individual care and health plans
• Maintain clinical compliance and documentation
• Monitor risk and incident reports
• Liaise with medical professionals, families, and stakeholders
• Conduct internal audits and oversee medication administration protocols
