Experienced Reservations ManagerAspen/Snowmass, CO | Full-Time | On-Site/Hybrid/Remote
We are seeking a skilled Reservations Manager to lead our reservations team and ensure a seamless guest experience from initial inquiry through post-stay follow-up. This role involves managing daily reservation operations, supporting team members, and collaborating with leadership on revenue strategies and property performance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of experience in reservations in hotel, vacation rental management or related travel industry experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) and property management systems
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent guest service standards
    We offer a collaborative, supportive team environment and the opportunity to play a key role in a growing Aspen/Snowmass vacation rental company.
    Position pays $75,000 annually
    Monday through Friday 8 hour days
    Flexible Work Arrangement (Remote/Hybrid/On-site) however must live within 2 hours of Aspen and will need to visit twice/month at a minimum.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $75,000.00 per year
