We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Floor member of the team for one of the best independent Italian Restaurant and Cocktail Bars in the region. The Successful Candidate would be waiting tables in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining good Customer relations. Working with the team on the floor and closely with the bar reporting to the Restaurant Manager.
Salary:
Up to £28,600 pa dependent on Experience plus a substantial share of tips.

We have launched our newest property to go alongside our successful restaurant and bar of 6 years.
About Role:
Applicants must have experience of waiting tables in a refined environment whilst maintaining good Customer relations. Duties include meeting and greeting clients, waiting on customers, taking orders in a clear manner with a familiarity of the Menu to be able to assist the Customer in their choices, and other associated tasks.
It is essential to have good interpersonal skills and be a strong team player.
The candidate will need to have a good knowledge of food and drinks.
