WHO WE ARE

Marlowe is a brand new Australian bistro in South Brisbane, housed in a heritage-listed block of Art Deco apartments. Each room has its own quirks, its own layout, its own character. Marlowe is an elevated dining experience, serving classic Australian bistro cuisine supported by an exclusive Australian wine program -with an exception for French Champagne. Marlowe will open in September 2025.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in a casual or fine dining restaurants
• Proven experience as a section waiter
• A positive and professional demeanour

• Restaurants operations; taking orders, liasing with guests
• Being a positive contributor to team culture
• Creating and delivering companies expectation of guest experiences
