JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a skilled Roof and Gutter Maintenance Operative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting inspections, performing repairs, and maintaining accurate records for various roofing and guttering systems. This role requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Proven experience in roof and gutter maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
· Strong knowledge of various roofing materials and guttering systems.
· Ability to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
· Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
· Valid driver’s license.

· Conduct routine inspections of roofs and gutters to identify issues and potential maintenance needs.
· Perform repairs and minor works on roofing and guttering systems, including but not limited to replacing damaged shingles, repairing leaks, and clearing blockages.
· Document work activities, including inspection findings, repairs undertaken, and materials used, to maintain accurate records.
· Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
· Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on maintenance activities and addressing any concerns or queries they may have.
