Experienced Roofer – Cardiff & The Vale of Glamorgan

We are a small but growing, family-run roofing company based in Cardiff, looking for an experienced roofer to join our team. We pride ourselves on high-quality workmanship, a supportive team culture, and keeping all our work local — no working away from home.
The Role
We are looking for a skilled roofer with experience across all aspects of pitched roofing. You’ll be working on a variety of residential projects across Cardiff and the Vale, with the opportunity to lead a small team and pass on your knowledge to less experienced roofers.

Requirements

• Must live in or near Cardiff / The Vale of Glamorgan
• Experienced in all pitched roof works, including slates, tiles, lead work, and chimney work
• Single ply membrane experience preferred but not essential
• Must have own hand tools (all power tools are provided)
• Ability to lead and train a small team
• Must be able to pass a medical (including alcohol and drugs test)
• Physically fit and able to carry out all roofing works

What We Offer

• £20–£25 per hour (depending on experience)
• PAYE – fully employed position
• Company van and fuel card
• Uniform provided
• 33 days holiday per year (including 8 bank holidays)
