Touch of Class Fashions in Napanee is looking for an Experienced Sales Associate! We are a ’one-stop shop’ for women of all ages filled with smart casual wear, resort, formal wear, shoes, jewelry, handbags, and accessories.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Highschool diploma required
- Minimum 2-years of sales experience required
- Previous experience working in the fashion industry is required
- Post-Secondary education in Business or a related field an asset
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quota
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time

Responsibilities:
- Provide fashion advice and assist customers in selecting items that suit their body type.
- Greet customers, responding to questions, and provide outstanding customer service
- Operate cash register and manage financial transactions
- Use the point of sale (POS) system to conduct purchase transactions
- Build relationships with new customers and maintain relationships with current clients
- Assist store owner with purchasing new products when required
