Touch of Class Fashions in Napanee is looking for an Experienced Sales Associate! We are a ’one-stop shop’ for women of all ages filled with smart casual wear, resort, formal wear, shoes, jewelry, handbags, and accessories.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Highschool diploma required
• Minimum 2-years of sales experience required
• Previous experience working in the fashion industry is required
• Post-Secondary education in Business or a related field an asset
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quota
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time

• Provide fashion advice and assist customers in selecting items that suit their body type.
• Greet customers, responding to questions, and provide outstanding customer service
• Operate cash register and manage financial transactions
• Use the point of sale (POS) system to conduct purchase transactions
• Build relationships with new customers and maintain relationships with current clients
• Assist store owner with purchasing new products when required
