Responsibilities: · We want to provide a first-class car shopping experience to our valued customers. · Build relationships and create customers for life · Assist customers in selecting new/used vehicle by asking questions and listening to their responses. · Explain product features, performance, and benefits to each customer. · Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase. · Create and execute strategies for increasing market share. · Maintain Customer Service Index (CSI) Grow Average and monthly units to dealership standards. · Remain up to date on all products, market trends, and certifications.
