Exceed monthly sales goals by confidently selling new and pre-owned vehicles. Conduct engaging product demonstrations and clearly communicate vehicle features and benefits. Present tailored sales proposals that align with each customer’s preferences and budget. Manage the full sales cycle—from first contact to test drive to final delivery. Follow up post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty. Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Jim Shorkey brand with pride. Requirements Minimum 2 years of auto sales experience, preferred. A proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly. Strong knowledge of vehicles. Confidence in negotiating and closing deals. A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Availability to work daylight, evenings, and Saturdays.
