REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven customer service experience, including CSI
  • Prior experience in luxury sales preferred but not required
  • Superior communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities
  • Contact and create appointments from leads via phone, email, chat or text
  • Perform vehicle demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
  • Enter information in our CRM product to ensure proper future follow-up
  • Use CRM product for all customer contact and interactions, therefore keeping the BDC staff up-to-date on customers’ current status
  • Use CRM retention tool to effectively communicate with customers that may be in a buying position and solicit their business
  • Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers
  • Conduct business in a variety of traditional and non-traditional methods, such as email, telephone, in-person appointments, and others
  • Work with management to finalize sales, obtain financing for potential clients, and ensure customer satisfaction
