EXPERIENCED SALES MANAGER £52,000 P.A + BONUSES

We are the UK Distributor for U.S. manufacturer Ram Mounts Inc.
Based in Seattle, Ram Mounts Inc. are the leading global manufacturer and distributor of a wide range of rugged, durable mounting solutions for the vast majority of mobile electronic devices currently in use together with a new patented range of protective skins for mobile phones and tablets.
Due to on-going development and expansion we are looking for an exceptional Sales Manager who can recognise and develop the vast potential of our products and use their extensive skills and experience to drive our company forward.
In this role you’ll be working from our offices in Feltham implementing effective sales strategies and conducting online and on-site meetings with companies in key B2B and B2C sectors.

We are based in Feltham, Middlesex, close to the M3 and A316 where we have a warehouse, sales offices and a showroom.

Responsibilities
  • Build and manage a sales team to deliver results based on a culture of accountability and success.
  • Provide coaching and support to achieve the full potential of the sales team
  • Oversee CRM systems, processes and usage
  • Nurture and grow existing business accounts with regular meetings and product updates.
  • Identify and target untapped market channels with new ideas and sales strategies to maximise revenue and growth
  • Work with Directors on commercial strategy and growth
