Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to join our team in Melbourne, Australia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed targets. Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities Create and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company objectives Negotiate and close high-value deals with enterprise-level clients Implement and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 7+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a sales management role Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate sales teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels Advanced negotiation and closing skills, particularly for high-value contracts Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities In-depth understanding of sales forecasting and performance metrics Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment Industry-specific knowledge and understanding of market trends (preferred) Sales management certifications (preferred) Additional Information Sandisk thrives on the power and potential of diversity.
