We are a leading independent Estate Agent offering a new job opportunity for an Experienced Sales Negotiator to join our existing friendly team here at Seasons Estate Agents.
Established in 2002, we are one of the leading Estate Agents in the area and the only Estate Agent in Cornwall that is Trading Standards and Cornwall Council Approved.
The successful applicant will need to have good verbal and written communication skills, a positive attitude and a desire to succeed. They will need to be outgoing, have basic IT skills and be able to work as part of a team as well as on their own initiative.
A smart appearance, use of own vehicle and 3 years previous Estate Agency experience is essential. Listing/property valuation an advantage but not essential.

In this role, you will be responsible for –

  • Conducting viewings and providing feedback to vendors.
  • Communicating with clients on a regular basis.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service both over the telephone and face to face.
  • Negotiating offers that are received.
  • Progressing sales to the point of exchange and completion.
  • Imputing information and data onto our computer programme.
  • Preparing properties for marketing including capturing photographs and preparing written details.

Salary dependent on experience.
