QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of sales experience in healthcare (medical billing, RCM, EMR/EHR, or healthcare software preferred).
  • Strong network within physician practices is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA/OIG compliance is a plus.
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative with proven success in selling healthcare solutions, ideally medical billing or related services (EHR, RCM, practice management). The role involves building relationships with physicians, practice managers, and administrators, identifying pain points, and closing contracts for billing services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and target physician practices, independent clinics, and specialty groups.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, and relationship-building.
  • Present our billing solutions to physicians and office managers (virtual & in-person demos).
  • Understand practice needs and demonstrate ROI with our services.
  • Negotiate and close new contracts.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain CRM records of pipeline and activities.
