We’re looking for a senior SAP Production Planning (PP) expert to design and implement integrated planning and execution solutions on S/4HANA for the Aerospace & Defense (A&D) industry.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP PP configuration experience, specifically in A&D discrete manufacturing.
• At least 3 full life-cycle S/4HANA (v2019 or later) implementations.
• Deep expertise in Project System (PS) based manufacturing, variant configuration, and long-lead-time material planning.
• Proven experience integrating SAP with PLM (Teamcenter) and/or MES (Solumina) systems.
• Strong cross-functional knowledge of MM, SD, and QM.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to travel.
• Cross-functional expertise in related areas like PP/DS, QM, PEO, or EHS.

Work Location: Remot

• Design and configure SAP PP for complex discrete manufacturing environments (MTO, ATO, ETO, Project-based).
• Lead all aspects of production planning, including demand planning, MRP/pMRP, Master Production Scheduling (MPS), and capacity planning.
• Manage production execution processes, including product costing, subcontracting, and support for MRO/Spares.
• Develop functional specifications for integrations and manage engineering change processes.
• Oversee master data governance and supply chain analytics.
