We’re currently looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Garment Printer (DTF & Heat Press) to join our production team.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Garment Printer will be responsible for producing high-quality prints using Direct-to-Film (DTF) and heat press equipment. This role also includes folding, packing, and preparing printed garments for dispatch. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, efficient, and quality-focused.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience with DTF and heat press printing preferred (training can be provided).
  • Familiarity with CorelDRAW or similar design software to create or adjust artwork is highly beneficial.
  • Good eye for detail and accuracy. Essential
  • Ability to work efficiently and maintain consistent output.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
  • Excellent Communication skills are Essential
  • Physically fit – able to stand for long periods and lift boxes of garments.
  • Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Flexible and willing to learn new skills

Responsibilities
  • Operate DTF and heat press machinery to apply transfers onto garments (e.g., t-shirts, hoodies, safety wear).
  • Ensure accurate placement, pressure, and temperature settings for consistent print quality.
  • Prepare garments (lint roll, pre-press, align design) before application.
  • Inspect finished garments for quality and accuracy.
  • Neatly fold, pack, and label garments ready for dispatch.
  • Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Assist with basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Comply with all health and safety procedures.
