Shangri-La Sydney is searching for an experienced and passionate Section Waiter to join our award-winning Altitude Restaurant, located high above the city with breathtaking views of Sydney Harbour.
As a Head Waiter, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering a world-class dining experience. You’ll lead by example, guiding the front-of-house team to provide attentive, intuitive service in an elegant, fine-dining environment.

• Supervise daily service operations, ensuring seamless and professional guest experiences
• Train, mentor, and support wait staff to uphold luxury service standards
• Liaise with kitchen and management teams to coordinate smooth service flow
• Maintain deep knowledge of food and wine offerings to assist guests confidently
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests with grace and efficiency
