Position Overview: As a Computer Repair & Sales Apprentice, this senior role offers the opportunity to leverage your in-depth knowledge of Apple hardware and software. You will lead the technical team in diagnosing and resolving intricate issues across Apple devices, ensuring efficient and high-quality repairs

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in computer repair (succeeding in a similar senior role would be beneficial)
  • Extensive knowledge of Apple hardware, software, and troubleshooting methodologies
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop a team
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with customers and colleagues
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in computer repair (preferably).
  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience in a technical support role (preferably).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with motherboard/component repairs (preferably).
  • Confident spoken and written English
  • Candidates must be willing to travel between branch locations at times

Education:

  • Undergraduate Degree (or equivalent) 2:1 Minimum related to Computing (or similar)
  • Minimum 3 A Levels (or equivalent) A-C [Maths, Computer Science, Science, Media; preferably]*
  • Minimum 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) 9-4 [Computer Science, Media; preferably]
