Bassendean Total Health Care is seeking an experienced Senior Medical Receptionist who is warm, professional and enthusiastic to join our diverse team. This will initially be a Casual position to cover leave with the potential for ongoing employment.

The applicant will be required to work independently in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate commitment to working hard.
Duties and responsibilities:
· Answering and making phone calls
· Patient bookings and appointment book management
· Processing payments (including use of HICAPs Terminal)
· Organising and general front desk administration
· Assisting practitioners and allied health team members as needed
Experience with Best Practice Software essential.
AM/PM Shift/s or Possible full day 8am - 6pm (with a 30minute lunch break) to cover the existing employees leave period of approximately 4 weeks (rostered hours may vary).
Remuneration will be based on experience and skills shown.
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $35.15 per hour
