Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Experienced Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a flair for creativity and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair services while ensuring a welcoming and positive experience for all clients. Your expertise in various styling techniques,
- Experience in providing colour services is a MUST which should include, Hi-Lights, Balayage, Color correction
- Hair cuts for all styles of Hair, ie. From pixie to extra long
- Gents cuts (Desired but not essentia)
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring satisfaction with the services provided.
- Upsell products and additional services to enhance the client experience and meet business goals.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming salon environment to ensure an enjoyable experience for clients.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair and beauty to provide clients with innovative styling options.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Stylist
- Proficiency in various hairdressing techniques, including barbering skills.
- Color specialist
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to upsell products and services confidently.
- A passion for the industry, and ability to showcase your skills.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in hairdressing are preferred.

Pay: £15.00-£18.00 per hour
