• Providing exceptional service with energy, personality, and professionalism.
• Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serving up cocktails, beer, and wine while engaging guests with confidence and charisma (bartender role).
• Maintaining a clean, organized section and/or bar area.
• Collaborating with the kitchen and fellow staff to deliver an outstanding guest experience from start to finish.
• Learning and maintaining knowledge of our food, drink, and feature menus.
