We are seeking an experienced server to join our team at our independently owned and operated Haven Kitchen + Bar in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for service, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a busy, customer-focused setting. As a key member of our team, the server will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, selling high-quality beverage and food items, and maintaining a clean and organized section.

Responsibilities:

• Serve a diverse range of food, cocktails, beverages, and other drinks with precision and efficiency
• Engage with customers to provide friendly and attentive service, while also offering recommendations and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant including restocking supplies, cleaning glassware, and performing side duties throughout your shift.
• Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations and alcohol service laws
• Work independently and as part of a team to ensure smooth operation during busy evenings and weekends
• Contribute to creating a positive and professional work environment

Requirements:

• Relevant experience as a sever in a fast-paced environment
• Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes and mixology techniques
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to multitask effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Knowledge of and commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
• Familiarity with inventory management and ordering processes is a plus
