900 Degrees Bistro (Sidney) is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic servers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. With a 4.6 Star Rating on Google, our front of house team plays a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests by delivering high-quality service and ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Excellent service is matched with excellent food produced in our 900 Degrees wood-fired oven, on display in our open-kitchen environment for guests to enjoy.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong background in the food industry.
  • A strong understanding of the food service industry.
  • Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating the ability to connect with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
  • Experience in serving, food preparation, or barista roles is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work well within a team environment.

  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely service.
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to effectively assist guests.
