REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Service Advisor or similar role
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to explain technical information clearly
• IT-literate (Pinewood DMS experience a bonus)
• Team-oriented with a professional, performance-driven attitude

• Act as the main customer contact from check-in to collection
• Promote Vehicle Health Checks (VHCs) and preventative maintenance
• Communicate clearly with customers and technicians
• Manage bookings, job cards, and invoicing using Pinewood DMS
• Track work-in-progress and keep customers informed
