Qualifications Experienced Service Advisor Qualifications Prior experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership or similar environment Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals High level of organization and attention to detail Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced setting Working knowledge of automotive systems and repair terminology is a plus Familiarity with DriveCentric is preferred Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
