JOB SUMMARY

Metrotown Mazda is currently looking for an Experienced Service Advisor to add to our Team.
The successful candidate will have prior automotive experience and work well in a fast paced environment. This individual will also be responsible for assisting our Parts Department on an as needed basis.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Prior Automotive Service or Parts Experience and a familiarity with ADP/CDK Drive DMS.
• Be able to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure.
• Have a focus on Customer Satisfaction.
• Ability to speak other languages, especially Mandarin are valuable assets.

• Communicate with customers in a timely and professional mannor at the counter, over the phone, or electronically.
• Perform a vehicle walk around to inspect the customer’s vehicle.
• Document the issues or work to be performed within our DMS (CDK Drive).
• Provide detailed quotes on the work to be performed.
• Schedule the work to be performed with our Technicians.
• Keep the customer updated on the status of their repairs.
• Communicate estimated completion time and coordinate customer pick-up.
• Invoice customers after the transaction has been completed.
