EXPERIENCED AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR – CDJR DEALERSHIP   Position Title: Experienced Automotive Service Advisor Department: Service Reports To: Service Manager Employment Type: Full-Time   ABOUT US   We are a rebuilding Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram dealership under new ownership and management committed to delivering exceptional customer service and industry-leading automotive repair and maintenance solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team.   POSITION SUMMARY   The Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department. The ideal candidate will have prior dealership experience, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to drive customer satisfaction while achieving sales and profitability goals.   RESPONSIBILITIES   * Greet customers promptly and professionally. * Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair orders. * Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs. * Provide accurate estimates for repairs, labor, and parts. * Communicate repair status updates throughout the service process. * Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs. * Review completed work orders with customers and explain services performed. * Handle warranty claims and manufacturer service programs. * Maintain high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores. * Meet and exceed service sales and gross profit objectives. * Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner. * Follow all dealership, manufacturer, and safety policies.   QUALIFICATIONS   REQUIRED * Minimum 1 years of automotive service advisor experience. * Strong understanding of automotive maintenance and repair procedures. * Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills. * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. * Strong computer skills and familiarity with dealership management systems. * Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.   PREFERRED   * CDJR certification or manufacturer training. * Experience with CDJR vehicles * Experience with Dealertrack, XTime, WiAdvisor or similar DMS platforms. * Proven track record of achieving service sales goals and maintaining high CSI scores.   COMPENSATION & BENEFITS   * Competitive base salary plus performance-based commission. * Medical, dental, and vision insurance. * Paid vacation * 401(k) * Ongoing manufacturer and dealership training. * Career advancement opportunities. * Employee vehicle purchase and service discounts.   WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE   * Consistently maintaining high customer satisfaction scores. * Achieving monthly service sales and gross profit targets. * Building long-term customer relationships and retention. * Contributing to a positive and productive service department culture.   HOW TO APPLY   Interested candidates should submit a resume outlining their automotive service experience, dealership background, and customer service achievements.
