Requirements Key Responsibilities Customer Interaction & Consultation Greet customers promptly and professionally. Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service needs. Provide clear explanations of recommended services, repairs, and associated costs. Repair Order Management Prepare and manage repair orders from start to finish. Communicate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and timely completion. Review completed work and ensure quality standards before vehicle delivery. Upsell & Service Recommendations Identify opportunities for additional services based on vehicle condition and manufacturer guidelines. Present maintenance packages and warranty options to customers. Customer Updates & Follow-Up Keep customers informed on repair status and timelines. Handle inquiries and resolve concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. Compliance & Documentation Ensure all documentation is accurate for warranty claims and dealership records. Adhere to OEM and dealership standards for service processes. Key Qualifications Proven experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership setting. Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals. Proficiency in dealership management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
