WE OFFER: * MAJOR MEDICAL & DENTAL INSURANCE * 401K MATCHING PLAN * PAID VACATION/HOLIDAYS * 4 DAY WORK WEEK (No Sundays) SERVICE TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES: -Focus on Customer Satisfaction * Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership * Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment * Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc. * Stay up to date on all available Factory Training * Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications * "Fix it right the first time" * Communicate directly with the Service Manager, in reference to recommended repairs * Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications * Maintain Skill Levels * Must have a strong sense of urgency * Would prefer Honda or Acura experience but all will be considered.
