Diesel Tech Services is hiring for a service writer in a heavy duty mechanic environment.

Responsibilities include:

• customer service - communicating with customers, scheduling appointments, approving repairs, etc.
• assigning techs to jobs - communicating with techs on work orders, repairs etc.
• documenting repairs, invoicing customers -open, amend and close work orders
• warranty claims
• repair estimates
• organizational skills
• mechanical knowledge a huge asset
• valid class 5 drivers license with a clean abstract
• work every other weekend - week 1 mon-friday, week 2 mon-sat.
• experience in service writing a MUST

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.34-$26.97 per hour
