SALES ASSOCIATE – CUSTOM SIGN MANUFACTURER

We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our custom sign fabrication team. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by building strong client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and providing creative solutions tailored to customer needs. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with a solid understanding of signage, construction, or related industries.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous sales experience in custom sign fabrication, construction, graphics, or a related field strongly preferred.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings, site plans, and permitting requirements.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, MS Office, or related sales tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for client visits and site surveys.
