An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join our busy operations. We are an established construction company based in Jarrow, carrying out ground works, construction and responsive works for local authorities and commercial clients.
A background in groundworks, tarmac, drainage, block paving and concrete is essential as well as a full UK driving licence.
Must be experienced in organising people and workload with excellent communication skills.
As a site manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of site, maintaining a safe working environment to exacting standards and ensuring delivery of a first-class job on time.
Able to lead by example and inspire teams to uphold the highest standards of health, safety, environment & quality.
You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage challenges and drive efficient, high-quality works.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: 8 Hour shift Monday – Friday.
Salary: £38,000.00 plus per annum. Negotiable depending on experience.

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving project goals.
