• Supervise interior construction projects from planning through completion.
• Interpret and work from blueprints and schematics.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, trades, and vendors to keep projects on track.
• Maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
• Oversee safety programs to ensure compliance and protect workers and the public.
• Monitor workmanship and enforce quality standards.
• Identify and communicate changes in project scope; assist in processing change orders.
• Support project administration tasks for the Project Manager.
• Represent Seagate professionally while liaising with clients, consultants, and property management.
• Lead, motivate, and coach site staff and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
