We’re looking for a Solar Senior Foreman with a long history of hands-on solar and electrical work and the technical command that only comes from years of practical experience in the field.

• Take complete ownership of residential and commercial solar installs — from interpreting plan sets and single-line diagrams to overseeing all the crew on the job.
• Lead full installations of solar PV systems, battery backups (Tesla, Enphase, Franklin), and system commissioning.
• Coordinate between field teams, clients and tradesmen, and ensure projects stay on time, on spec and budget, and on brand.
• Maintain site safety standards and implement OSHA protocols.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with solar, battery, and electrical systems.
• Communicate with PMs, engineers, and office staff to facilitate project flow from planning all the way through execution and beyond.
• Assist with project design, specifically in creating efficient solar layouts tailored to each home and evaluating and determining the optimal system design based on site-specific factors.
