REQUIREMENTS:

  • Valid Food Handlers Certificate for Ontario
  • Diploma from a culinary school recognized in Ontario
  • Prior experience as a Sous Chef in a pub style restaurant or public golf club.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
