JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a talented and passionate cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in South Indian and South Asian food preparation and cooking, with the ability to lead and manage a kitchen staff effectively. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes that meet our restaurant’s standards.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a South Indian, Thai, Chinese, Mongolian cuisine or similar role within the food industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and presentation styles.
  • Excellence in quality food preparation experience with the ability to work and perform in a diverse team effectively.
  • Familiarity with restaurant management practices and food safety regulations.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with staff and management.
  • A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional dining experiences.
  • Previous experience in food service or kitchen environments is preferred.
