JOB SUMMARY

Due to growth of demand for our Stairlift products, we are seeking skilled stairlift installers to join our team at Eden Mobility. The successful candidates will be responsible for the preparation & installation of both straight and curved stairlifts in customer homes. You will become a product expert, the role commands professionalism and empathy, as a brand ambassador for Eden whilst undertaking each home visit in a thorough and thoughtful manner.

    This role will require travelling to customer’s homes in areas of the UK. A company van will be provided.
    The basic salary is £32-35k per year, with a competitive and achievable bonus scheme
    The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm, and alternate Saturdays from 8.30am to 2pm.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: £30,000.00-£37,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

· Ensuring the installation of our stairlifts are completed to the highest safety and quality standards, in line with manufacturers specifications.
· Manage workload effectively and ensure a timely delivery of services.
· Liaise with customers, addressing any concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction and a truly brilliant customer experience
· Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety regulations and company policies.
· Keep accurate records of work completed and the supporting sales documentation.
· Preparation and management of components prior to stairlift installations, including the reconditioning of used stairlifts.
· Collecting payment balances from customers at point of installation
· Stock management and logistics
· Assist in maintaining Stairlift Unit as a safe & tidy work area
