We are currently seeking an Experienced Grill Chef for our Steakhouse Restaurant

To be successful in this role you must possess the following attributes:

  • a great deal of hands-on experience in steak & ribs preferably at a large restaurant or a hotel
  • must know various meat and steak cuts to select and cook perfect steaks and ribs
  • must have experience in preparing various contemporary sauces and condiments
  • possess great culinary presentation and plating skills
  • knows pastas and pan work is preferred but not essential
  • must be a smart planner of menus, food, and inventory
  • work collaboratively with other chef, cooks and train as see fit
  • ensure and adheres to workplace health and food safety standards
  • Proven capacity to work under pressure and as part of a team including floor staff
