Join us at the very beginning of something big.
Paramount Structures Limited is a dynamic and forward-thinking structural engineering consultancy with a strong reputation across the UK, including offices in the Cotswolds, Northampton, Chichester and Edinburgh. We’re excited to announce the launch of our brand new office in Northern Ireland, and we’re looking for driven, ambitious individuals to become the foundation of this growing team.
This is a rare opportunity to join a well-established company while helping shape a new branch from the ground up. We’re looking for people who are not only talented engineers but also passionate about building a collaborative team, defining our local culture, and being part of something substantial from the very start.
About the Role:
We are seeking a Structural Engineer with ideally 4 years of post-graduate experience and a BSc/BEng in Civil or Structural Engineering (preferably 1st Class). You will be part of the core team responsible for delivering structural solutions across a variety of residential, commercial, and bespoke projects.
From day one, you’ll be given the opportunity to take ownership, work directly with clients, and contribute ideas that will help shape the future of our Northern Ireland operations.
About the Role:
You will play a key role in the design and delivery of structural engineering projects, taking them from concept through to completion. You’ll be working across a variety of sectors and building materials, using modern analysis and design software. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in foundation design and a strong working knowledge of steel and masonry construction.
Paramount Structures is a software-led engineering firm, placing a strong emphasis on the use of cutting-edge, industry-leading design tools. High-level software use is integral to our workflow, and all engineers are expected to be confident working in a digital environment.
You will be actively involved in using a large range of advanced software tools daily. There will be an expectation to continually develop and enhance your software skills as part of your professional growth.
