Boeing is looking for an Experienced Supply Chain Analyst (Level 3) for our Dallas, TX facility. The Supply Chain Analyst will be an integral member of the Boeing Global Services Government Execution team. Provides oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance. Interprets and enforces contract terms and conditions. Manages repairs with external customers by pricing repairs, expediting repairs to completion, and supporting customers with any inquiries.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE):

  • Experience in Supply Chain/Procurement
  • Experience negotiating pricing and contract terms and conditions.
  • Ability to travel 10% of the time.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/DESIRED SKILLS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
  • Experience in a role requiring strategic planning (project/program management).
  • 4+ years’ experience with Supplier Management or Procurement practices and processes.

TYPICAL EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Typically 6 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
  • Engages stakeholders to ensure that program, customer, product and in-service strategies are integrated into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies.
  • Prepares and executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements.
  • Manages performance and relationship to ensure delivery, quality, financial stability, and in-service performance.
  • Mitigates risks and issues.
  • Initiates supplier improvement activities and provides results for integration into contracting strategies.
