JOB ROLE

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Support Worker to provide 24/7 one-on-one care for a 17-year-old male living with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and an intellectual disability.
The client requires supervision, prompting, and assistance with all areas of daily living, including personal care, household tasks, and community participation. Support will be tailored to his individual needs, ensuring a safe, structured, and positive environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide constant 1:1 support and supervision in all settings
• Assist with personal care routines (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Support daily living skills, meal preparation, and household tasks
• Encourage participation in activities and community outings
