Join our vibrant team and be part of something special! What We’re Looking For: Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining high-quality standards. Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence. Willingness to learn and grow under the guidance of experienced chefs. 6 months+ experience working with sushi in a high volume, fast-paced environment. Strong knife skills and attention to detail. Skilled in plating and presentation. Understanding of nigiri, sashimi, and specialties. Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing sushi and other menu items with precision and consistency. Ensure freshness and proper handling of all ingredients. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station. Work closely with the kitchen and FOH teams to ensure smooth service.
