We're looking for an Experienced Software Engineer to work in a team of skilled developers that handles Tufin's complex core services and integration with supported vendors, using cutting-edge technologies such as Microservices, Spring Boot, Java, Kotlin, Reactive Programming. As a developer in this team you will be in charge of designing complex flows of data retrieval, implementing customer oriented solutions, perform code reviews, troubleshoot performance and customer issues. Location: ToHa building, TLV - few minutes walk from Hashalom train station Hybrid work model : 2 days from the office, 3 days from home Requirements Java/Kotlin (4+ years total experience, including prior tenure) Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring WebFlux / Reactive) Reactive Programming concepts and experience Kubernetes - familiarity with deployment, scaling, and monitoring Strong understanding of software design patterns and best practices Excellent communication and collaboration skills Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Proactive learner - continuously improves skills and explores new technologies Team player and mentor - supports and guides colleagues Analytical thinker - solves complex problems with clear, maintainable solutions Responsible and accountable - takes ownership of tasks and delivers high-quality results Customer-focused - understands the impact of software on end users and SaaS operations Nice-to-have: Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Knowledge of microservices architecture Knowledge in networking. Experience with C++.
