Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Swimming Instructor to join our team as a full-time or Part-time coach. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching swimming, a strong background in aquatic safety, and the ability to inspire confidence and skill in our students.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 2 years of swimming instruction experience.
• Relevant certifications in swimming instruction and aquatic safety.
• Experience and certifications obtained overseas are acceptable and encouraged.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Passion for swimming and teaching.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience working with children and adults.
• Lifeguard certification.
• First Aid and CPR certification.

• Conduct swimming lessons for various age groups and skill levels.
• Ensure the safety of all participants during swim sessions.
• Develop and implement personalized swim programs.
• Provide feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their swimming techniques.
• Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment.
• Monitor and assess students’ progress regularly.
• Ensure all equipment is used and maintained properly.
