JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced Tax Preparer with over 2 years of T1 personal tax filing experience using Profile software. The ideal candidate must have strong customer service skills and be fluent in English to communicate effectively with clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of experience preparing T1 tax returns.
  • Proficiency in Profile tax software (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of CRA regulations and personal tax laws.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
  • Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience handling complex tax situations (self-employment, rental income, investments, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
  • Additional language skills are a plus but not required.
