YOU…

• You are responsible for applicant management from candidate search to hiring – with a focus on IT profiles.
• You coordinate closely with the business managers from sales.
• You create job profiles and formulate target group-oriented job advertisements.
• You actively seek candidates through business networks and at trade fairs.
• You will handle the initial selection of applicants, conduct initial telephone interviews, and organize further interviews. 
• You will help shape university marketing activities and take on the planning and participation in recruiting events and university fairs.

YOU…

• You have a completed degree (business administration, human resources management or psychology) or a successfully completed commercial apprenticeship as a personnel services clerk.
• You have relevant experience in IT recruiting, preferably in a service company.
• You come across as communicative, enthusiastic, likeable, and competent. 
• You work in a goal-oriented and service-oriented manner and are a real team player.
• You have a strong affinity for technical or IT topics.
• You have very good German skills as well as good English skills.
