Requirements * Experience: 2+ years of professional automotive technician experience (Journeyman level preferred). * Skillset: Strong diagnostic capabilities, electrical troubleshooting, and heavy engine repair skills. * Credentials: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ASE certifications are a strong plus. * Tech Savvy: Ability to operate electronic diagnostic tools; CDK dealership software experience is a plus. * Core Values: High school diploma or equivalent, team-first attitude, and a focus on safety and efficiency.
